Rachel is a registered nutritionist, freelance writer and mental health expert. She is the founder of re:Nutrition, a Wirral-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine clinic that helps high-achieving career-professionals to rebalance their mood and combat the symptoms of chronic stress.
Rachel holds an MSc in personalised nutrition and is a member of the British Association for Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), the Complementary Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). She has written feature articles for BANT and other publications based on her scientific research into the natural management of anxiety and depression. Rachel is a self-confessed foodie and loves to cook, particularly with local and ethically sourced produce.
