University professor Priya Deshingkar was born in London and grew up in Delhi. She runs Maharani Supper Club in Hove (deccantiffin.co.uk), serving food inspired by Mughal and Awadhi royal kitchens in a setting that’s reminiscent of early 20th century British India.
