Paul A Young is a renowned chocolatier with a background as a patisserie chef in some of London's most esteemed kitchens, including Marco Pierre White's Quo Vadis.
In the early 2000s, Paul transitioned into commercial kitchens, where he developed products for prominent brands such as Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer. In 2006, he made his mark on the chocolate scene with the launch of Paul A Young Fine Chocolates in Islington's boutique Camden Passage.
Paul has authored several books, including Adventures with Chocolate, Sensational Chocolate and The Joy of Chocolate. His expertise has earned him the prestigious title of World's Best Chocolate Book at the Gourmand Cookbook Awards in Paris.
