Keshia Sakarah is the founder of Caribe’ – Caribbean Eating – in London’s Brixton which celebrates the nuances of Caribbean food. She is also a recipe curator and food writer, with particular emphasis on the deeper meaning of food and how it shapes our identity and reflects our history. “I celebrate food and how it is an important part of our culture and identity, starting with my Caribbean heritage,” she says.
