Alex Hely-Hutchinson

Chef Alex Hely-Hutchinson is the creator of Scandinavian-inspired restaurant 26 Grains, in London. Alex started out serving porridge pots to commuters at a London Underground station, which eventually led to her opening a brunch restaurant. Although 26 grains has evolved since then to also serve lunch and dinner, Alex is still probably best known for her seasonal, Danish-style breakfasts.
