  1. Boil the noodles according to pack instructions, then drain and toss with 1 tsp oil. Heat the remaining oil in a wok and add the chicken and carrots. Stir-fry for a few mins. Add the honey, soy and lime juice, bubble for 30 secs, then add the noodles and sesame seeds. Mix well, heat through and sprinkle with coriander to serve.

Cooked this today, added garlic, chilli flakes, onions, broccoli and peppers. Absolutely delicious and quick to make with little clean up.

Cooked this last night and took advice from a previous comment. Added tablespoon of grated ginger, crushed clove of garlic, chopped and de-seeded chilli, half a red and green pepper when stir frying the chicken. On completion of the dish added 3 chopped spring onions! Very good!

Just tried this with half the amount of lime juice and some extra garlic, ginger and red onion based on previous comments. It was really quick and easy to cook and so tasty. I'll definitely be cooking this again!

Absolutely lovely. A light, delicious meal perfect for a quick dinner. Substitute quorn chicken pieces for veggies.

Liked the basic idea but thought the recipe needed more flavour, so I added grated fresh ginger and a crushed clove of garlic when stir frying plus some sliced onion and a green pepper, only used one large chicken breast. I also added sesame oil to the noodles after draining. Very tasty. Would make again. Perhaps needs a little more honey to balance the lime.

Not tried this yet but it looks delicious, would like to know the number of calories that it contains per serving as currently on a diet!!!

Really love this - so easy and quick to make. We use fresh chicken breasts cut into thin strips and steam the carrots for a few minutes to make them a little softer. Lemon juice works well too if you don't have limes to hand. Really can't praise enough - love it!

This was a lovely recipie, I added spring onion and mushrooms to make it even nicer. This is now a weekly meal in my house!

The juiciness of the dish was good but the flavouring was a little off-I wouldn't use the lime, soy sauce and honey combination again. Added veg is definitely recommended too

Disgusting. Far too much lime but other than that flavourless. Was so horrid that couldn't eat it and ended up throwing it away and going to the chippy.

This has become a mid week favorite in our house. So light and healthy too. I have tried the recipe using one lime but will stick to two limes because I like the extra juice to coat the noodles with even more sauce.

Oops! Had no lime, so used lemon, just as nice, if not better! Added spring onion too, will add mushrooms next time also, because I'm greedy!! ;-)
