Ingredients

  • 1 Pineapple or tinned pineapple in juice
  • streaky bacon
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 3/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tbsp pineapple juice

Method

  • STEP 1
    Heat oven to 200 Mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, cayenne and pineapple juice Wrap bacon round chunks of the pineapple and secure with a tooth pick Place on baking tray Spoon a little of the sugar mix over each one Bake in oven for 25/30 mins
