Moth beans are highly flavorful, very good source of Calcium, Protein, Fiber and for a quick evening filling snack or protein and fiber rich breakfast, this is your ticket.

Ingredients
1 cup - Moth beans
1 tbspn - Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
1/2 tbspn - Red chilli powder
1/4 cup grated coconut
Few cirry leaves
1 tbspn - Chopped coriander
1 chopped green chilli
Salt to taste
3 cloves garlic
1/4 Asafoetida
1 tbspn oil
Keep the screen awake with cook mode on the
Good Food app.

Method
step 1
Soak Moth beans for 3 hrs and then pressure cook with 2 cups of water( Until the beans are immersed in water )
step 2
Pressure cook for 2 whistles cook until they are cooked and tender( make sure they don't fall apart )
step 3
Drain off the cooked beans
step 4
In a saute pan heat oil, add all the ingredients given and fry for 3 mins.
step 5
Now add the cooked peas and mix together. Switch off the heat, add lemon juice and finish it off with coriander leaves.
