Ingredients
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- thumb-sized piece of ginger
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- STEP 1
Toast the turmeric and chilli powder in a dry frying pan. Mix with the grated ginger, garlic cloves and vegetable oil. Season.
