Really quick and easy to make, with lots of flavour! Cooked this for two people but made the amount of sauce for four people and added noodles. Will definitely be making this regularly.

This is a big favourite in our house - I'm making it every few weeks and my husband loves it. Very easy to make and super tasty! I usually marinate the salmon for about 30 min before cooking it, so it can absorb more flavour.

Absolutely delicious, went down a treat- definitely one to make again! The salmon was so tasty with a slight heat from the chili and sweetness from the honey, light and fresh tasting. I served the stir fried veg with some noodles, and a cold glass of rose for a mid-week treat. Might add a few toasted sesame seeds to the stir fry next time for a change.
