Mix up this refreshing pink sangria, a blend of rosé, brandy, berry liqueur, grapefruit, summer berries and lemonade

- 1 large grapefruitpeeled and roughly chopped
- 750ml bottle of dry rosé wine
- 50ml brandy
- 50ml raspberry or other berry liqueur
- 400-500g mixed summer berries(we used strawberries, raspberries and cherries)
- a few small mint sprigs
- lemonadefor topping up

Method
step 1
Muddle the grapefruit pieces in a large jug, then mix in the wine, brandy and liqueur. Chill for 1 hr so the flavours can infuse. Add the berries and mint, then top up with the lemonade. Stir well and serve over ice in tumblers or copa de balon glasses.
