  • 200ml Pimm's No. 1
  • 600ml lemonade
  • mint sprigs, sliced cucumber, sliced orange and strawberries, to serve

  1. Fill a jug with ice and pour over the Pimm’s and lemonade. Give it a good stir then add the mint, cucumber and fruit.

Here is a recipe for cheat's Pimms. It tastes as good if not better than the standard Pimms and lemonade. 1 measure vermouth 1 measure gin half measure orange curaçao or Grand Marnier This is the Pimms. Then add lemonade to taste as you would with Pimms, with the mint cucumber orange lemon and ice as usual.
