Mint yogurt sauce

Ingredients
- 170g Greek-style yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed or finely grated
- large handful of mint leaves, finely chopped
- ½ lemon, juiced
Method
- STEP 1
Tip all the ingredients into a small bowl and season lightly with salt and generously with black pepper. Stir until completely combined, then serve straightaway, or chill for up to a day (stir before serving). Serve as a dip or condiment with barbecued meats, fish or vegetables.
