  • 2 flour tortillas
  • ¼ cucumber, deseeded and shredded

  1. Heat the grill to high. Mix the turkey or chicken with half of the hoisin sauce so that it’s coated, then spread out onto an ovenproof dish and grill until sizzling. Warm the tortillas under the grill or according to pack instructions.

  2. Spread the tortillas with the rest of the hoisin sauce, then use to wrap up the turkey or chicken with the cucumber, onions and watercress. Cut in half and enjoy while still warm.

Wow, this was so good! I think next time I would use ever so slightly less hoisin on the wraps, but the usual amount in the mixture, but other than that it was really good! I will definitely be having it again. Soon. Very soon!

The whole family love this recipe. I originally saw this as a barbecue recipe. We often have it with sausages, cut into bite size pieces. A firm family favourite.

Didn't have any leftover cooked chicken, so I quickly cut 2 large chicken breasts, cut them into strips, and stir fried them. I warmed 2 tortillas at a time in the mircrowave for 30 secs, then spread each one with 2 tsp of hoisin sauce, added the chicken, cucumber and spring onion, and rolled up. I had enough ingredients to make approx 6 tortillas. Husband and I loved them. Kids found the hoisin too strong, so we spread theirs with mayo instead. Thanks for a quick, healthy, and tasty recipe.

Great way of using up left over chicken. I added some thinly sliced red peper and it was very tasty. Enjoyed by all the family.

I made this last night and it was absolutely gorgeous! It's not as quick as 5 minutes to make, as it takes a while to shred the chicken, cucumber and spring onions, but it's so easy! I left out the watercress as I didn't think it would add anything. I'm sure this recipe would work just as well with most other types of meat, or even just vegetables.

i made this using chicken and with cucumber, lettuce and red onion... these were sooooo good, will make again on a regular basis... thank you!!!

Makes a very tasty lunchtime dish. The chicken works well in place of the traditional duck.
