Method

  1. Tip half the raspberries and all of the orange juice in a pan. Simmer until the raspberries soften, about 5 mins.

  2. Meanwhile stir the oats, milk and 450ml water in a pan over a low heat until creamy. Top with the raspberry compote, remaining raspberries, orange slices, banana, almond butter, goji berries and chia seeds.

Absolutely delicious! I made a few changes to this bowl to suit me more: • Made my own porridge recipe (a few added extra spices and some maple syrup) • Took out the goji berries • Took out the orange slices But overall a delicious breakfast that I will definitely be remaking, so healthy and easy to make! Only took me about 5 minutes.

This is a strange combination of flavours and the quantities seem wrong. There is too much porridge to the liquid ratio and way too much almond butter. Didn't work for me.
