Ingredients
- handful of ice
- 25ml elderflower liqueur
- 20ml Gordon's London Dry Gin
- 90ml prosecco
- 35ml soda water, for topping up
- lime slices, to garnish
Method
- STEP 1
Fill a tumbler with ice, then pour over the elderflower liqueur.
- STEP 2
Add the Gordon's London Dry Gin and prosecco, then top up with soda water and garnish with lime slices to serve.
