Ingredients

  • handful of ice
  • 25ml elderflower liqueur
  • 20ml Gordon's London Dry Gin
  • 90ml prosecco
  • 35ml soda water, for topping up
  • lime slices, to garnish

Method

  • STEP 1

    Fill a tumbler with ice, then pour over the elderflower liqueur.

  • STEP 2

    Add the Gordon's London Dry Gin and prosecco, then top up with soda water and garnish with lime slices to serve.
