  1. Make the dressing by combining the oil, soured cream and vinegar. Keep in the fridge.

  2. Put the lettuce, sweetcorn, tomatoes and chicken in a lunchbox. Stir the lime juice into the avocado and put on top. Pack the dressing on the side.

  3. Scatter the taco over the salad to serve.

This was a lovely salad. I didn’t think the dressing would work but it really did. I didn’t see the point in the tacos that’s why I only gave it 4 stars. But maybe I would’ve got the point if I was a teenager lol.
