  • 50ml citrus-heavy gin (Hortus Summer Gin, Sipsmith)
  • 100ml full-flavoured tonic (Fever-Tree aromatic tonic, or Fentimans pink grapefruit tonic)

  • STEP 1

    Fill a large glass with ice, add 50ml citrus-heavy gin and top with 100ml full-flavoured tonic. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and a few drops of bitters.
