Ingredients
- 20ml poitín
- 20ml rye whiskey
- 10ml yellow chartreuse
- 15ml lime juice
- 5ml sugar syrup, see tip
- 1 egg white
Method
- STEP 1
Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker, then double strain into a coupe glass.
