Ingredients

  • 20ml poitín
  • 20ml rye whiskey
  • 10ml yellow chartreuse
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 5ml sugar syrup, see tip
  • 1 egg white

Method

  • STEP 1

    Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker, then double strain into a coupe glass.
