Ingredients

  • 1 octopuss,abaut 1.5kg
  • 2 tomatos
  • 2 tbsp capari
  • 1 onion
  • 1 spring origano
  • olive oil
  • 2 lemons,juiced
  • salt,pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    Put the octopuss in cold water and cook it for abaut 1 hour.
  • STEP 2
    When cooked wash it with cold water and clean it.Then cut it on small cirkles.
  • STEP 3
    Put them in a bowl,add slicly chopped onion,tomato sliced in small squares,add capari,stir(mix) it.
  • STEP 4
    Add salt,pepper,olive oil and lemon juice.Stir(mix)it,and put in the fridge for half hour and serve.
  • STEP 5
