Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp extra vergine oliveoil
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 gloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 red chilli
  • 300 gr chickpeas
  • 100 gr feta crumbled
  • some coriander and parsley
  • 2 tbsp chives or mint
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice and zest
  • salt and pepper to season

Method

    1. Fry the onion in the olive oil and add the garlic and red chilli. Fry this of for several minutes and put it in a bowl
    2. Add the chickpeas and mix it well
    3. when everything is at room temperature add teh feta and herbs
    4. season it with lemon juice - zest and salt and pepper
