Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp extra vergine oliveoil
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 gloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 red chilli
  • 300 gr chickpeas
  • 100 gr feta crumbled
  • some coriander and parsley
  • 2 tbsp chives or mint
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice and zest
  • salt and pepper to season

Method

  • STEP 1
    Fry the onion in the olive oil and add the garlic and red chilli. Fry this of for several minutes and put it in a bowl
  • STEP 2
    Add the chickpeas and mix it well
  • STEP 3
    when everything is at room temperature add teh feta and herbs
  • STEP 4
    season it with lemon juice - zest and salt and pepper
