Dangerously delicious - and probably one of my 5-a-day on the fruit front!!

For a shorter amaretto sour with a touch of class, shake the following ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. 1.5 floz amaretto, 1 floz lemon juice and 0.5 floz simple syrup.

(Simple syrup is also known as gomme. You can buy it in most supermarkets or make it by disolving caster sugar in an equal volume of water)

These were delicious! Very refreshing. A great way to start a summer barbeque.
