Great with BBQ's as a side dish. Quick, easy, and liked by people who dont like onions.

  • 1 Large Onion, peeled and cut into rings.
  • 1 Large tbsp Mayonaise
  • 2 tsp Mint Sauce

    1. Break the sliced onion into rings in a large bow.
    2. Add other ingredients.
    3. Toss together gently so the rings do not break.
    4. Serve in a bowl as a side salad.
