Hot and Guey Onion Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1 Cup mayo
- 1 Cup grated swiss cheese
- 1 Cup grated sweet onion
- 1 tsp of finely chopped fresh rosemary
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- A few drops of hot sauce
- fresh cracked pepper
Method
- STEP 1Place all ingredients in small baking dish and mix well.
- STEP 2First bake at 325 degrees (US) on middle rack of oven for 15 minutes or until bubbly. Then Brown the top under the broiler for about 2 minutes.
- STEP 3Serve with a nice crusty bread.
