Ingredients

  • 1 large tin artichoke hearts (in water, not oil) chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 4oz (113g) mayonnaise
  • 4oz (113g) fresh parmesan cheese

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix all ingredients
  • STEP 2
    pour into ovenproof dish to bake
  • STEP 3
    15 minutes in a hot oven
  • STEP 4
    Serve with Pumpernickel bread, tortilla chips you can even serve it with hot chips!
  • STEP 5
    Add chopped Chillis and Tabasco to give it a kick
