Mussels Thai Style

Ingredients

  • Garlic
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • (1 smal hot pepper)
  • Thai basilicum
  • 1 onion
  • 1 leek
  • 5 celery branches
  • 1 carrot
  • mussels

Method

    1. Fry the garlic together with the bell pepper and the Thai basilicum - set aside.
    2. Fry the onion, celery, leek and carrots.
    3. Add the mussels and cook until they open and are done.
    4. Add the basilicum mixture and serve.
