creamy bacon pasta bake topped with tomatoe sauce and cheese, the ultimate in comfort food

  • 8 rashers of bacon (whichever you prefer)
  • 6 handfuls of pasta shells (i use gluten free)
  • 1 small tub double cream
  • 1 jar of pasta sauce (use your favourite)
  • 300grms grated cheddar cheese


    1. cook the pasta shells and place into an oven proof dish
    2. grill the bacon, chop into bitesized pieces and add to the pasta
    3. heat the cream in a pan add a third of the cheese and pepper to taste when all the sauce is smooth add to the pasta and bacon and mix
    4. spoon over the tomatoe pasta sauce until the top of the pasta is covered
    5. add the rest of the grated cheese and bake at 200 for 40 mins
