Quick tasty healthy Moroccan inspired dish

Ingredients

  • Halloumi
  • Ebly
  • Yellow pepper
  • Red onion
  • Courgette
  • Sumka
  • Ground cumin
  • Paprika
  • Mint
  • Olive oil

Method

    1. Gently fry Halloumi in oil and spices for a few minutes
    2. Add all vegetables chopped into small chunks fry on a low heat for 20 minutes
    3. Cook Ebly in stock
    4. Add cooked Ebly to vegetables
    5. Stir through mint and serve
