  • Halloumi
  • Ebly
  • Yellow pepper
  • Red onion
  • Courgette
  • Sumka
  • Ground cumin
  • Paprika
  • Mint
  • Olive oil

Method

  • STEP 1
    Gently fry Halloumi in oil and spices for a few minutes
  • STEP 2
    Add all vegetables chopped into small chunks fry on a low heat for 20 minutes
  • STEP 3
    Cook Ebly in stock
  • STEP 4
    Add cooked Ebly to vegetables
  • STEP 5
    Stir through mint and serve
