Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts + 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp of ginger paste
- tomato pure 200ml
- double cream 150ml
- spring onions
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 0,5 tsp ground paprika
To serve with:
- small glass of biryani rice + 2 teaspoons of curry (absorbing method)
Method
- STEP 1melt butter in the low pan, add chicken cut in cubes, fry till light brown, add garlic and ginger- fry together for 1-2 minutes
- STEP 2add tomato pure and double cream to get smooth paste
- STEP 3add mustard and spices
- STEP 4add spring onions and cook together for another 5 minutes
