Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts + 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp of ginger paste
  • tomato pure 200ml
  • double cream 150ml
  • spring onions
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 0,5 tsp ground paprika

To serve with:

  • small glass of biryani rice + 2 teaspoons of curry (absorbing method)

Method

  • STEP 1
    melt butter in the low pan, add chicken cut in cubes, fry till light brown, add garlic and ginger- fry together for 1-2 minutes
  • STEP 2
    add tomato pure and double cream to get smooth paste
  • STEP 3
    add mustard and spices
  • STEP 4
    add spring onions and cook together for another 5 minutes
