Ingredients

  • 4-8 small-medium closed cup mushrooms
  • 1/4 onion
  • clove of garlic
  • 2-4 rashers of streaky bacon
  • olive oil
  • pinch salt
  • bread crumbs
  • top with thinly sliced cheese

Method

  • STEP 1
    take stalks out of the mushrooms and chop, finley dice the onion and the garlic
  • STEP 2
    slice the bacon
  • STEP 3
    fry all together until bacon is cooked and onion is soft
  • STEP 4
    whilst frying the stuffing mix lightly fry the both sides of the mushrooms
  • STEP 5
    place the stuffing mix into the mushrooms top with bread crumbs and sliced cheese and bake till golden brown on top
