Ingredients
- 4-8 small-medium closed cup mushrooms
- 1/4 onion
- clove of garlic
- 2-4 rashers of streaky bacon
- olive oil
- pinch salt
- bread crumbs
- top with thinly sliced cheese
Method
- STEP 1take stalks out of the mushrooms and chop, finley dice the onion and the garlic
- STEP 2slice the bacon
- STEP 3fry all together until bacon is cooked and onion is soft
- STEP 4whilst frying the stuffing mix lightly fry the both sides of the mushrooms
- STEP 5place the stuffing mix into the mushrooms top with bread crumbs and sliced cheese and bake till golden brown on top
