  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the leeks over a low heat for 3 mins until softened. Stir in the potatoes and flour, then slowly blend in the milk, stirring with a wooden spoon. Bring to the boil and simmer, uncovered, for 10-12 mins until the potatoes are soft.

  2. Add the chicken, ham, sweetcorn and peas, then stir over a medium heat for 5 mins or until hot and bubbling. Season to taste and serve with crusty bread.

Very easy to make and quite tasty, really filling too! I added a little more milk as I used large potatoes, and used some leftover smoked gammon instead of ham....made it a bit more flavoursome!

Delicious - simple, tasty - even nicer if you add a bay leaf and some cloves whilst cooking.

I added chicken stock and some curry for more taste. It was delicious and it was ready in a few minutes. Great as a midweek supper

It was nice, but next time I'm going to add something to give it more taste, also I'd serve it with some crusty bread. Other than that it was great.

Simple to make and so tasty. Did add a little pepper, next time might add a little whole grain mustard, for a bit of a zing.
