Ingredients
- 125g of flour
- 125g of caster sugar
- 125g of butter
- 2 tsp of milk
- 2 eggs
Method
- STEP 1Preheat the oven to 180c
- STEP 2In a big bowl mix the butter and sugar so it is creamy
- STEP 3Add and mix the milk
- STEP 4Sieve the flour and then mix
- STEP 5Add the eggs and mix
- STEP 6Put the mixture in 12 paper cases and place in oven and cook for 15 to 20 minute
- STEP 7Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- STEP 8Buttercream icing 1. Beat together 150g butter and 250g sugar with an electric beater.
- STEP 9Once well combined, add the 1tsp vanilla and 2tsp water. Beat until smooth and creamy.
