Ingredients

  • 125g of flour
  • 125g of caster sugar
  • 125g of butter
  • 2 tsp of milk
  • 2 eggs

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preheat the oven to 180c
  • STEP 2
    In a big bowl mix the butter and sugar so it is creamy
  • STEP 3
    Add and mix the milk
  • STEP 4
    Sieve the flour and then mix
  • STEP 5
    Add the eggs and mix
  • STEP 6
    Put the mixture in 12 paper cases and place in oven and cook for 15 to 20 minute
  • STEP 7
    Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  • STEP 8
    Buttercream icing 1. Beat together 150g butter and 250g sugar with an electric beater.
  • STEP 9
    Once well combined, add the 1tsp vanilla and 2tsp water. Beat until smooth and creamy.
