  • 125g of flour
  • 125g of caster sugar
  • 125g of butter
  • 2 tsp of milk
  • 2 eggs


    1. Preheat the oven to 180c
    2. In a big bowl mix the butter and sugar so it is creamy
    3. Add and mix the milk
    4. Sieve the flour and then mix
    5. Add the eggs and mix
    6. Put the mixture in 12 paper cases and place in oven and cook for 15 to 20 minute
    7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
    8. Buttercream icing 1. Beat together 150g butter and 250g sugar with an electric beater.
    9. Once well combined, add the 1tsp vanilla and 2tsp water. Beat until smooth and creamy.
