Ingredients

  • 2 large handfuls ice cubes
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint
  • elderflower cordial
  • 150g raspberries
  • 1 litre bottle of soda water

Method

  • STEP 1
    Put the standard blade attachment into a food prosessor. Add the ice cubes and the leaves of mint and whizz to a slush. Leave the prosessor running and add 50ml elderflower cordial and the raspberries. Pour in 500ml of soda water and leave to whizz until combined. Taste, adding elderflower cordial to sweeten if needed. Pour into a large jug, top up with soda water, and stir again before serving. Enjoy!
