- 3 TBSP LOW FAT NATURAL YOGURT
- 2 TSP MANGO CHUTNEY
- 2 - 4 NAAN BREADS
- HANDFUL OF BABY SPINACH LEAVES, OR LETTUCE WILL DO
- LEMON OR LIME \WEDGES TO SERVE

- STEP 1COVER CHJICKEN CHUNKS IN TIKKA PASTE LEAVE FOR 2 MINS
- STEP 2THEN STIR IN HALF THE YOGURT AND LEAVE FOR A FURTHER 8 MINS
- STEP 3MIX REMAINING YOGURT WITH MANGO CHUTNEY OR MAKE A RIALTO CUCUMBER SAUCE
- STEP 4PUT CHICKEN ON SKEWERS, GRILL FOR 10 MINS TURNING UNTIL CHARRED AND COOKED THOROUGHLY
- STEP 5MAKE A POCKET IN EACH NAAN AND SPREAD THE INSIDE WITH MANGO CHUTNEY MIXTURE ADD SPINACH LEAVES THEN PILE THE CHICKEN ON TOP AND SERVE WITH LEMON AND LIME
