Subscriptions

If you are a subscriber, you can manage many common requests in My Account, including:

  • Updating your address
  • Updating your payment details
  • Renewing your subscription
  • Cancelling your subscription
  • Checking your subscription status

Missing an issue?

If your latest copy hasn’t arrived, the quickest way to request a replacement copy or credit is by completing the form in the “Help” button. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or credit as soon as possible.

Please have your subscriber number ready. You can find your 10-digit subscriber number (starting with 40 or AS) on:

  • your renewal letter
  • the address label on your magazine packaging; or,
  • your order confirmation email.
