Almost at the end of the eating plan and have really enjoyed it. I'm not a great lover of fish so on those days I opted for the vegetarian options, which have also been delicious. The highlight the tofu, butternut & mango curry, everyone loved that. I agree with turbonic I hope you put together an autumn, winter, and lets through spring in there as well. I have really enjoyed the breakfasts, they have been a great start to my days. Really enjoyed this hope you will publish more of these . Thanks good food

Loving it! I'm on day 7 and have thoroughly enjoyed every single day. There are a couple of breakfasts that I haven't followed, instead I have repeated the smoothies or created ones of my own but the evening meals have all been fantastic. It has really helped to grow my collection of recipes that I choose from every month and introduced me to some new flavours and cooking skills. I found the printed shopping list worked very well - I have had two shopping deliveries spaced out over the 9 days to ensure my veggies are fresh. Well done Good Food Team - I hope you are pulling something together for Autumn and Winter too!!

Hi, I do think the shopping list is not ideally organized. It's a logical classification, but I'm not going to do all the shopping at once, just per 3 days, so I need to go through all recipes to note things down. A 3 colours code would have been useful (ingredients for days 1-3 in one colour e.g.). I also think it's quite expensive though...

I'm loving this plan, agree with moushabeck, the omelette was delicious, the curry was gorgeous, it's all lovely. Can't wait for my falafels tonight!

My Partner and I have just started the diet and I'm thrilled! The first day was wonderful! I'm sending the recipe for Prawn, Butternut & Mango Curry to all my daughters! It was a lovely mix of flavours and textures and there was loads of it! We felt completely satisfied afterwards. Just had the mushroom omelette for breakfast and it's genius! The cream cheese makes it taste really rich and creamy. I put lots of black pepper in it and used fresh Thyme and Majoram instead of Basil and I loved the way the tomatoes are cooked. Quite delicious! But what I really like about it is that I don't have to think about what to cook! The recipes are very simple and my Partner and I can share the cooking, we have all the ingredients (I agree with the comments about the shopping list - too fussy but it was ok once it was printed out) and so we can really enjoy the cooking instead of the the usual last-minute scramble. Thank you!
