Beth Furness
Beth is a nutritionist at Nutracheck, where she has spent over two years supporting members with realistic, evidence-based guidance to help them achieve their health and wellbeing goals. She holds a First-Class Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Nutrition and Health and is an active member of the Nutritionists in Industry group. Beth is passionate about making nutrition feel realistic to everyone. She translates the science into everyday habits that are achievable and sustainable, helping people move away from restriction and towards a more balanced, positive relationship with food and their bodies. Her particular interests lie in cutting through confusion and challenging common nutrition myths, helping people feel confident about what truly matters. As a keen cook, she is especially passionate about creating simple, flavourful meals that show healthy eating doesn’t need to be complicated or bland. She believes good nutrition should feel accessible, inclusive and genuinely enjoyable - and that building confidence around food is key to supporting long-term wellbeing.'
