My Prepped in Five meal plan is suited to all proficiencies of home cook – from beginner to advanced. Many of the meals are no chop, using tins and frozen veg to reduce the hassle, while delivering on health, flavour and efficiency. In fact, every meal is high in protein and contributes to your five-a-day.

How to follow the plan

I developed these recipes with Good Food recipe developer Helena Busiakiewicz. They're designed to be made as seven dinners across your working week and are nutritionally balanced to help you meet your health goals. They involve minimal prep with maximum payoff and the ingredients are readily available from your local supermarket – you'll probably have some in your cupboard already.
