Take inspiration from a classic cake flavour with these overnight oats, featuring tangy lemon curd and both poppy and chia seeds for added fibre.
SERVES 1 PREP 5 mins plus chilling
NO COOK EASY
40g porridge oats
1 tbsp poppy seeds
½ tbsp chia seeds
100ml semi-skimmed milk
2 tbsp Danone Skyr Plain Yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon curd
TO SERVE
2 tbsp Danone Skyr Plain Yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon curd
½ tsp poppy seeds
10g pistachios, roughly chopped (optional)
1 Add the oats, poppy seeds and chia seeds to a jar or container, then pour in the milk and spoon over the Danone Skyr Plain Yoghurt and lemon curd. Mix well to combine, then cover and chill overnight (or at least for a few hours).
2 To serve, top with the extra Danone Skyr Plain Yoghurt, lemon curd and poppy seeds, along with a sprinkling of chopped pistachios and your favourite fresh fruit, if you like.

150g frozen mango
2 tbsp porridge oats
100g Danone Skyr Plain Yoghurt
150ml coconut water
½ tbsp ground cardamom
1-2 tbsp honey (to taste)
1 Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blitz until thick, creamy and smooth. Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey, if you like.
