This was a quick and simple meal for a weeknight tea. OH even ate the avocado and we enjoyed the creamy marie rose dressing. We served it with petit pain.

This recipe is the best! I served this as a starter (four people) for my lunch on Saturday. It would make a brilliant main meal for two. Added a few tobasco drops just to give it a bit of a bite.

This is very tasty. We loved the lemon in the dressing. Perfect main for two of us and not too heavy. The taste of summer.
