Spiced salmon with lentils

Method

  1. Mix the spices with a little oil, rub all over the salmon and leave for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, simmer the lentils until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain, then toss with the onion, lemon, garlic and 1 tbsp olive oil while still hot. Grill the salmon fillets for about 8 minutes until cooked through. Stir the coriander through the lentils and serve with the salmon.

    Lovely Didn't put any onions in as boyfriend doesn't like them and the dish was still great
