Spiced salmon with lentils
Spice up your salmon with this low-Gi recipe, ready in just 30 minutes

- Mix the spices with a little oil, rub all over the salmon and leave for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, simmer the lentils until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain, then toss with the onion, lemon, garlic and 1 tbsp olive oil while still hot. Grill the salmon fillets for about 8 minutes until cooked through. Stir the coriander through the lentils and serve with the salmon.
