This was really simple to do, although I left of the Chorizo and just replaced it with peppers and red onion and mushrooms, which was lovely.

I made this with my favorite pizza toppings and the result was just fantastic, and so simple. This will definitely prevent me reaching for the take-away menu in the future.

You can play with so many different ingredients here.... I used homemade tomato sauce, sundried tomatoes, a mix of cheeses and the result was superb! Perfect healthy alternative to take out anytime!

I used an olive ciabbatta and had pepperoni, salami and ham with a bit of cheddar grated over the top, as well as the mozzarella. Grilled it a couple of minutes longer than stated. Gorgeous. Really easy too.

Nice and simple. I added mozzarella and mushrooms and it was just fine. If you do not have any tomato sauce use tomato puree... I tried and it was just as good.
