Fresh mint & raisin sauce

Add body and sweetness to a classic mint sauce by adding raisins - spoon into a bowl and serve with a roast

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor along with 4 tbsp water, and pulse to a chunky salsa texture. Spoon into a bowl and serve alongside the lamb.
