Points to remember:

  • Chop ½ a small pineapple and put in a blender with 2 bananas, sliced, 1 mango, chopped, the juice of 1 orange and 2 tbsp natural yogurt. Blitz until smooth then pour into 2 bowls.
  • Decorate with your choice of toppings. We used dessicated coconut, oats, kiwi fruit, pumpkin seeds, whole almonds, pomegranate seeds and stars cut from fresh pineapple using a cookie cutter.
