Chicken and Marinade
- 400g Chicken Strips or Breast cut into Strips
- 1tbs Honey
- 1tbs Soy Sauce
- 1tsp Fish Sauce
- 1tsp Sriracha
- 1tsp Ginger (Crushed)
- 1tsp Garlic (Crushed)
Satay Sauce
- 400g Chicken Strips or Breast cut into Strips
- 1tbs Honey
- 1tbs Soy Sauce
- 1tsp Fish Sauce
- 1tsp Sriracha
- 1tsp Ginger (Crushed)
- 1tsp Garlic (Crushed)
- 3tbs Peanut Butter (100% chunky peanuts is best)
- 1tbs Honey
- 1tbs Light Soy Sauce
- 1tsp Fish Sauce
- 1tsp Sriracha
- 1tsp Garlic (Crushed)
- 1tsp Ginger (Crushed)
- 3 Sprigs Coriander (Chopped)
- 5tbs Water (To loosen the mixture)
- 1/2 Lime (Juice)
Method
step 1
Combine the marinade ingredients and place the strips of chicken in the bowl. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.step 2
Preheat the grill whilst you combine the dipping sauce ingredients and set to one sidestep 3
Place your chicken strips onto skewers (if using wooden, make sure you have soaked them in water to prevent them from burning)step 4
Now cook the chicken under the grill for 3/4 minutes each side. Serve with the sauce and ENJOY!
