Ingredients

Chicken and Marinade

  • 400g Chicken Strips or Breast cut into Strips
  • 1tbs Honey
  • 1tbs Soy Sauce
  • 1tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1tsp Sriracha
  • 1tsp Ginger (Crushed)
  • 1tsp Garlic (Crushed)

Satay Sauce

  • 400g Chicken Strips or Breast cut into Strips
  • 1tbs Honey
  • 1tbs Soy Sauce
  • 1tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1tsp Sriracha
  • 1tsp Ginger (Crushed)
  • 1tsp Garlic (Crushed)
  • 3tbs Peanut Butter (100% chunky peanuts is best)
  • 1tbs Honey
  • 1tbs Light Soy Sauce
  • 1tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1tsp Sriracha
  • 1tsp Garlic (Crushed)
  • 1tsp Ginger (Crushed)
  • 3 Sprigs Coriander (Chopped)
  • 5tbs Water (To loosen the mixture)
  • 1/2 Lime (Juice)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Combine the marinade ingredients and place the strips of chicken in the bowl. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
  • STEP 2
    Preheat the grill whilst you combine the dipping sauce ingredients and set to one side
  • STEP 3
    Place your chicken strips onto skewers (if using wooden, make sure you have soaked them in water to prevent them from burning)
  • STEP 4
    Now cook the chicken under the grill for 3/4 minutes each side. Serve with the sauce and ENJOY!
