Ingredients

  • Mixed Beans (3 Cans)
  • Chopped Tomatoes (2 Cans)
  • Mixed Herbs (2 Tablespoons)
  • OXO vegetable Stock (2 Cubes)
  • Fried Onions ( 2 Medium Onions)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Put all the beans and tomatoes in a pan. Heat on a medium heat.
  • STEP 2
    Fry the Onions
  • STEP 3
    Mix the Stock in a jug with hot water.
  • STEP 4
    Mix everything togather in the large pan. Heat until the sauce is rich and thick.
