Complete Protein meal for Vegans
- Mixed Beans (3 Cans)
- Chopped Tomatoes (2 Cans)
- Mixed Herbs (2 Tablespoons)
- OXO vegetable Stock (2 Cubes)
- Fried Onions ( 2 Medium Onions)
- STEP 1Put all the beans and tomatoes in a pan. Heat on a medium heat.
- STEP 2Fry the Onions
- STEP 3Mix the Stock in a jug with hot water.
- STEP 4Mix everything togather in the large pan. Heat until the sauce is rich and thick.
