Print Ingredients Method Ingredients1 apple, diced1 pint semi-skimmed milk2 tsp cinnamon2 tsp sugar MethodWash and core the apple.Dice the apple to make it more easier to blend.Put the diced apple pieces into a blender with the milk, cinnamon and sugar.Blend until thick, creamy and smooth.Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy.
