A great way to use and appreciate your home grown parsley

  • 4 small 6 inch ciabatta breads or 1 large ciabatta loaf
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 50g parsley
  • 100g mature cheddar cheese
  • 200ml rapeseed oil
  • Salt and pepper


    1. Preheat oven to 180C/gas 6
    2. Finely chop the parsley into a bowl, add crushed or grated garlic, finely grated cheese and rapeseed oil. season with salt and pepper
    3. Take your ciabatta breads and slice diagonally but not all the way through. (garlic bread style) Add mixture equally to the gaps in the bread.
    4. Wrap each bread in tin foil and bake in the oven for 15 mins
