Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened milk
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Method
- STEP 1Beat eggs in small bowl
- STEP 2Add milk and keep beating
- STEP 3Add pinch of salt / pepper into liquid
- STEP 4Add in the melted butter into the liquid
- STEP 5Chill in fridge for 10 mins
- STEP 6Add butter into pan and let it melt Then and the liquid into the pan and have the cooker on to 7 Keep moving the mixture until fluffy and great texture to it
