  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened milk
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper


  1. Beat eggs in small bowl

  2. Add milk and keep beating

  3. Add pinch of salt / pepper into liquid

  4. Add in the melted butter into the liquid

  5. Chill in fridge for 10 mins

  6. Add butter into pan and let it melt Then and the liquid into the pan and have the cooker on to 7 Keep moving the mixture until fluffy and great texture to it
