Ingredients
- 125g butter softened
- 100 light Brown sugar
- 1egg lightly beaten
- 225g self raising flour
- 100g supermarket white chocolate
Method
- STEP 1Pre-heat oven 180 gas mark 4
- STEP 2Cream butter and sugars until fluffy and pale
- STEP 3Add beaten egg
- STEP 4sift in the flour then chop up the chocolate
- STEP 5Mix until all combined then add in chopped up chocolate pieces
- STEP 6Using a batter scoop put mixture on to a greased baking tray then put in oven for about eight minutes
